With that done, we can help you to define the learning objectives of a course that will actually help solve your problem!
At times this process may also include defining roles or competencies of your performers, mapping their learning paths in your organization, assessing their existing knowledge, motivation or performance inhibitors, or other factors that may be creating your performance gap so that you know how to design a holistic solution.
The outcome of this service always includes a written output appropriate to your needs, which may come in the form of a summary of interviews or surveys that we did to show results, a recommendations document, and/or a design strategy document for your training initiative that details your goals and how they’ll be met through an organized set of methods to address learning and performance needs.
Sometimes this process is what’s necessary to help define the actual product you need built, which we can then scope and price for you based on what we found.
