We are looking for great photographers across the world who are interested in taking photos for our Cutout People Library. Qualities we are looking for in photographers are as follows:
- Follow instructions well
- Take properly exposed and in-focus images
- Able to find and compensate models in their area
If you meet these criteria, then we are excited to start a professional relationship with you and cannot wait for you to utilize your photography skills.
Here is a basic overview of what our process is.
- Send your portfolio to email@example.com
- Complete a test shoot
- Complete an actual photo shoot
- Send us your images
- Get paid
You can get more details about each of these steps in our Cutout People Photo Shoot Guide.
Once we have received your portfolio and test shoot images, we will give you a photo assignment. Each assignment will consist of two outfits on the same model with 144 poses for each outfit. We will typically give one assignment at a time and will pay $200 per model. You are responsible for casting models, ensuring they are dressed according to the assignment, and making sure that the images meet the requirements set out in the Cutout People Photo Shoot Guide.
We’ve compiled several reference files that can be accessed in the International Photographers file folder, including a Photographer Checklist, pose references, required forms, and test shoot guidelines. Please become familiar with this information.
If you have questions, feel free to send them at any time to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do what we can to answer you as quickly as possible.
We look forward to working with you and looking over your portfolio and test shots.
