If you’ve ever professionally worked with the public, you know that it requires practice. You can’t just step out of a lifelong stay in solitary confinement and expect to be great with people right away. It just doesn’t work that way.

That’s why our friends at Rehearsal Video Role Play developed their flagship software. If you want to provide excellent customer service, you have to train your employees correctly, and that’s exactly what Rehearsal VRP does.

Who is it for?

Rehearsal VRP is perfectly suited to anyone who works with the public in any capacity, whether it be customer service, sales, tech support, or any other people-based business you can think of.

How does it work?

A trainer simply records a video and role plays as a customer in a real life scenario. The trainee then records a response video, practicing professionalism and eloquence. If the trainee doesn’t like how their initial recording went, they can delete and re-record as many times as they want or need to get it right. The trainer can then either continue the conversation and ask another question, or end the role play and give the trainee a grade for their performance, as well as tips for improvement.

Rehearsal VRP also allows you to add a trainee leader board, showcasing the highest scores for the course and the best recordings in the bunch. This gamification aspect allows for friendly competition, but also collaboration among trainees.

Where can I use it?

This software can be used on almost any device that has a camera and an internet connection. Take training on the go and record with your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

With a little work, you can also initiate Rehearsal VRP from Articulate Storyline. We may look into creating a tutorial on this in the future just to show you how easy this can be.

We’re really excited about this program, and can’t wait to see what doors this opens for the eLearning industry in the future. See for yourself the amazing features Rehearsal VRP has to offer for your training.
