Ladies and gentlemen, this is your last eLBX session sneak peek. Why? Because eLBX is NEXT MONDAY. Are you ready??? We are SO ready to see you in Salt Lake City and inspire you to rock all your future eLearning development projects. We’re probably not going to be able to sleep all weekend, the excitement is too much. It’s hard to decide what we’re most excited about. Is it the amazing speakers we have lined up, the smaller, family feel of eLBX and Learning DevCamp, or the luau we’re throwing Monday night? That’s a tough one.
We have speakers covering some very big ideas about eLearning at eLBX, but sometimes you want a more practical session, right? Well don’t worry, we have those too. In fact, two of the coolest, most talented guys around are going to teach you some easy ways to use vector graphics.
Achieving Vector Awesomeness
Nic Brown, Director of Product and Design, eLearning Brothers
Bill Milstid, Senior Developer, eLearning Brothers
Working with vectors can be intimidating. Especially if you don’t have the skill level and professional software to adequately create and edit vector graphics and illustrations. But, that’s about to change now that some of the top-used presenter and eLearning authoring tools (such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline) support vector files and retain their qualities. Let us show you how to easily import and manipulate vector graphics, discuss the importance of using vector graphics, as well as touch base on some best practices for the more advanced designer creating their own content for presentations and eLearning.
I’m told this particular eLBX session also features “loads of kitten images.” So if that’s your jam… Local peeps, it’s not too late to register. Beat those Monday blues by having an awesome start of the week at eLBX!
