When you download an eLearning Brothers Camtasia template you’ll not only get a template that is ready for use in Camtasia, but you’ll get all of the source files so that you can make it work for you. In a recent webinar, our Senior Graphic Designer Nic Brown showed how to edit these template files outside of Camtasia.
But what if you like the template how it is and just need to make it fit into your project? That can get a little tricky if you need them to be longer, shorter, or placed in different locations on your canvas.
The following video will demonstrate how to edit a Camtasia theme to fit your needs. In this demonstration, we used the Space Theme. You will see how to make an intro template longer or shorter, move a half template to the opposite side, make adjustments to a layout, and speed up a transition.
Have you used this template in your project? We’d love to see it! Send a demo to support@elearningbrothers.com and we’ll feature your work in our blog!
Good tutorial but…
What i really need to know is how to change the colours of elements in the template. I want to set up the template in our brand colours.
Kind regards John
Hey John,
In a webinar a few months back our Senior Designer went over how to adjust the assets themselves. Here’s a link to the webinar recording at the time that will help you most: https://youtu.be/M0JlI7y3ut8?t=633
