Whether you are new to Articulate Storyline or a veteran in the software, it is always nice to have a refreshing review of the features in Storyline that will help you excel in your eLearning development. Last Thursday, I had the pleasure of presenting a webinar on 5 must-know features in Storyline. Some of them were big and some were not as big, but the features that I talked about are features that will launch your projects into the next level.
The first feature I talked about was a very simple feature that affects the built-in player navigation system. It allows you to hide indefinitely, or until something happens on screen, the Previous and Next buttons. Continuing, I pointed out how object animations are vital to an interactive slide to accomplish its task of teaching and testing its users. Next, I went into detail on how to use Motion Paths and Move Triggers to create a beautiful project. And lastly, I talked about Sliders and how to utilize them in creating a more interactive project. And at the end of the webinar I combined all these features and presented how they can all be used together to create “eLearning Awesomeness.”
