How does it work?
A trainer simply records a video and role plays as a customer in a real life scenario. The trainee then records a response video, practicing professionalism and eloquence. If the trainee doesn’t like how their initial recording went, they can delete and re-record as many times as they want or need to get it right. The trainer can then either continue the conversation and ask another question, or end the role play and give the trainee a grade for their performance, as well as tips for improvement.
Rehearsal VRP also allows you to add a trainee leader board, showcasing the highest scores for the course and the best recordings in the bunch. This gamification aspect allows for friendly competition, but also collaboration among trainees.
Where can I use it?
This software can be used on almost any device that has a camera and an internet connection. Take training on the go and record with your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
