EzineArticles Expert Author

After a few weeks of waiting….we’re proud to announce that Brother Andrew has finally achieved “Expert Author” status on EzineArticles.com.
Ok, it’s not that big of a deal but it’s always fun to see your articles published somewhere online besides your own blog. The process takes about 2 weeks and their editors go through your article to make sure it has meaningful content. They ensure that it’s not just “self-serving” marketing. Once the editors are done they send you an email saying that your article has been accepted and published. (they may request a few edits) I’m guessing that once you publish an article you achieve the rank of “expert author”.

Yes, I was wondering the same thing… I just published my first Ezine article and they said you’ve “earned ‘expert’ status”. At first I thought, “wow! Maybe I have some hidden talent I didn’t know about.” But after reading your blog, I now have a dose of reality that everyone who gets published is automatically an “expert.” Is this correct?
Thanks.
Yes it seems that way to me. It also seems that you get to do 25 articles (or edits to previously published articles) and then eZine re-evaluates you and determines if they’ll continue your free membership. Nice way to stop pure spammers. However there sure are a lot of “article” about how to get my teeth white
