Flash is dying. In fact we know that by the end of 2020 it will be 6 feet under the ground. And to think that for the past 20 years no developer could imagine a world without it. HTML 5 now rules the world (thankfully) and Adobe, ambivalent about losing Flash, has already adapted to the ever changing technological landscape. Adobe Animate, a synthesis of Flash and Edge Animate, allows developers and designers to create amazing Flash-like animations in both video and interaction courses (and for many other platforms as well) and export them in different coding languages such as HTML 5. We have been creating games for various different tools and coding languages since the beginning, and we don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. As well as creating awesome new eLearning games, we are pleased to announce that the first batch of eLearning Brothers Flash Games have been converted to Adobe Animate! What does that mean for you? Well, I’m glad you asked.

We have over 30 amazing Flash games that took hundreds of man hours to build. And with the Flash providers shrinking by the day, you soon won’t be able to utilize these amazing assets. And yes, we have other games that can export to HTML 5 through programs such as Captivate, Lectora, and Storyline, but what you need to keep in mind is that over half of our Flash games are exclusive. Meaning the only way you will be able to use them in the “Flashless” world that we are heading into is by exporting them to HTML 5. And that can only happen after they have been converted into an Adobe Animate file. So take advantage of these amazing assets and start downloading our amazing Adobe Animate games and export straight to HTML 5! And stay tuned for more updates to the Animate Game Library.
