Project Manager

eLearning Brothers is the 7th fastest growing company in Utah. We are an education company, specializing in the creation of eLearning training modules (web-based training) for our clients. eLearning Brothers is a preferred vendor of many Fortune 500 companies. The Custom division of eLearning Brothers is currently looking for a Part Time Project Manager to work directly with our clients and our AWESOME development team to manage the design and development efforts for various custom projects. This will be a contract position local to Salt Lake City, UT with the opportunity to grow in the future as we grow!

Key Responsibilities: The Project Manager is responsible for the profitability, schedule, management, and overall customer experience of each project to which they are assigned, from the first kick-off call to the closeout of the project and delivery of final files. PMs will work with client stakeholders, subject matter experts and the internal development team to coordinate and direct efforts that will create a delightful experience with our customers that results in deeply immersive and visually explosive elearning experiences. Additionally, The Project Manager will work internally at times helping the Sales division to scope new project and craft appropriate statements of work.

‪The Project Manager will:

  • ‪Be skilled in understanding project management tools and process that address issues to keep projects on schedule, within budget and according to scope
  • ‪Lead small teams of instructional designers, graphic designers, developers and QA specialists as needed to meet project goals
  • ‪Engage with clients as the primary contact to maintain high communication and achieve objectives
  • ‪Maintain and manage multiple projects
  • ‪Provide open and frequent communication and reporting with each other and management to keep them informed of all project statuses, potential risks, budget concerns, and other areas of a project that need to be managed
  • ‪Work the sales team by providing feedback and input on all contracts
  • ‪Manage internal/external kickoff and project completion reviews in order to provide continuous process improvement
  • Lead various project meetings both internally and externally, to include kick-off meetings, status meetings, content review meetings, SME meetings, scope change meetings, and other ad-hoc meetings as required
  • Thoroughly review the status of each project on a regular basis to identify potential risks, budget usage, trending patterns, or any other red flags and then put plans in place to address those concerns
  • Lead crucial conversations with clients required moving timelines, budget concerns, changes of scope and other difficult topics

Qualifications

  • ‪At least 2 years experience as a project manager
  • ‪Experience with mobile applications and related technologies a plus
  • ‪A minimum BS or BA degree; MS, MA or MBA is preferred
  • ‪PMP Certification a plus
  • Experience with Google Docs, Basecamp, and Harvest a plus

Custom Solutions Sales Consultant

eLearning Brothers, the fastest growing online learning company, is looking for dynamic, highly motivated sales people to become part of our Custom Solutions sales team. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast paced sales environment where a competitive nature and strong work ethic are a must. This position spends 75% of the day on the phone talking to clients and the typical workweek is Monday thru Friday. Some travel will be required when necessary, to see clients as well as to attend our annual industry events as needed. (all travel is arranged and paid for by our travel department)

Our Sales Professionals are paid a very competitive base plus uncapped commission structure where more than 25% of our sales team are making 6 figure incomes and $90K/year is average. Core Responsibilities:

Originating New Leads

  • Identify potential clients and major accounts, and then build and maintain relationships.
  • Handle inbound lead inquiries and opportunities to help customers move through each phase of the Custom Sales process in a timely and efficient manner.

Closing New Deals

  • Present custom strategies to solve performance issues using learning technology solutions.
  • Assist in defining breadth and depth of project scope requirements for unique customer learning needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations in-person and online as needed to communicate strategic visions for complex technology solutions.
  • Initiate and oversee contracting phase of new client/vendor relationships, and manage proposal writing phases for new and existing client projects.

Maintain Client Relations

  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Act as liaison between production team and client to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to explore learning solutions.
  • Explore and evaluates each clients’ work practices and nature of business to define learning strategies and craft unique solutions.

Maintain Accountability with Management

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly individual activities and maintain customer records.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Meet with clients to determine learning needs, and assist in the planning of time, skills, and resources to accomplish objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by their manager.

Required Qualifications:

A successful Sales Executive will be energetic and engaging while demonstrating a level of professionalism and consulting skill in all communications with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Business to Business sales experience, with a history of results
  • Success and comfort in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic (this is not a typical 9-5. We expect our salespeople to do whatever it takes for our clients)

Process Analyst Internship

Job Brief

We are looking for a talented technical writer (or someone with similar skills) to come in and document the functional, step-by-step processes of our graphic designers, developers, instructional designers, project managers, and quality assurance specialists. This work would also include building a holistic process overview for our core production processes. The selected person will be able to utilize our existing employees as subject matter experts, interviewing them to collect their current best practices and using that information to create easy to understand documents that allow other employees to repeat their successes. This information will be used to update our process flow charts, job aids, and will feed our efforts to establish a new hire training curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our processes and document those processes
  • Write easy-to-understand workflow guides that our developer, project manager, and instructional design guides on team processes
  • Create both technical documentation and visual flow charts to depict the process flows uncovered during your interviews
  • Work to refine and update those documents as gaps and inconsistencies are discovered
  • (Possibly) Create tutorials to help new contractors/hires get up to speed quickly

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in technical writing, instructional writing, task analysis, or journalism.
  • Ability to deliver high quality, detailed, professional-looking documentation (flow charts and technical documents)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and flow chart methodology and software (we don’t have a specific software requirement)
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Senior eLearning Developer

The eLearning Developer role is responsible for the creation of functional eLearning courseware which is used by organizations to drive efficient and effective training. As a final step in the production process this role receives a storyboard (blueprint) for each course which consists of narration, visual representation of screen layouts, and an explanation of functionality. This role is responsible for following the instruction and design of the storyboard to create a functioning course by leveraging experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora. This role is additionally responsible for leveraging experience with graphic design to enhance the visuals by creating a significant increase in visual polish.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years experience with graphic design preferably digital design (i.e. Websites, or other UX design)
  • Experience with Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills using english
  • Possession of a high attention to detail
  • Possession of a sense of urgency

Senior Instructional Designer

The Senior Instructional Designer works closely with sales staff, clients, project managers, developers, and other instructional designers in the pursuit of creating e-Learning that fulfills eLearning Brothers’ Custom mission statement: to delight our customers with deeply immersive and visually explosive eLearning experiences! This role will have blends of collaboration, leadership, and individual contribution as we continue to grow. The successful candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strong writing skills, solid instructional design background, e-Learning experience, client relationship skills, leadership ability, and a strong, dependable work ethic. We’re looking for a strong, senior eLearning designer that we can count on to lead out on projects, wow clients, and provide guidance to other designers (in addition to knocking it out of the park on your own projects!).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess raw materials to synthesize, identify gaps, gather questions, and understand the core intent of the topic you are assigned.
  • Work with client and client SMEs to close content gaps and propose design schemes.
  • Bring the eLB custom mission statement to life for each course you are assigned through instructionally sound, creative, visual, and immersive storyboard design.
  • Successfully partner with eLearning developers to design storyboards that are appropriately scoped, realistic, thorough, and complete.

Template Sales Consultants

Organizations all over the world have to train and educate employees, students, and clients. If and when ANY of this training is put online eLearning Brothers is your answer. With so many potential clients we need more sales people to represent our company and understand our product in order to sell it.

We are looking for high quality people that are quick learners and can be comfortable at every stage of the sales process.

You will identify potential clients, set up demos, host demos, and close the sale.

In this position you will spend about half of your day identifying potential clients. The other half will be a mix of contacting clients, hosting demos, and closing deals.

This position starts at $12 an hour plus bonuses and commissions. Sales reps in similar positions have an annual income of 40k to 80k.  This can be accomplished and is expected in the first year.
