International Reselling Manager

Who We Are
eLearning Brothers is the 7th fastest growing company in Utah. We are an education company, specializing in the creation of eLearning templates and training modules (web-based training) for our clients. eLearning Brothers is a preferred vendor of many Fortune 500 companies.

Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated individual who has a strong sales background with experience in international sales to join our team as an international reseller manager. This role focuses on creating relationships with potential reselling companies, new companies we are on boarding in reselling our product, and current companies already selling our product.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Vet potential companies to resell for eLB
  • Onboard new resellers to our product
  • Provide trainings for existing reseller companies
  • Provide customer/client support by answering questions via email
  • Invoice and handle all finances with the resellers
  • Achieve and maintain internally set sales goals
  • Help the resellers maintain their sales goals
  • Develop creative ways to motivate resellers
  • Develop creative strategies to motivate and encourage resellers in their sales goals

Key Objectives:

  • Create and implement strategy for building and maintaining relationships with reseller companies
  • Achieve internal sales goals for resellers and aid resellers in achieving their sales goals
  • Bring on new resellers that are aligned with company values and culture

Template Sales Consultants

We are looking to add to our Template Sales – Business Development Team.
This is a true B2B sale with a B2B schedule!
The ideal candidate has experience as a hardworking, energetic, telemarketer or B2C telephone salesperson. We are very willing to work with inexperienced candidates if we can see a clear drive to learn and excel.

This will start as role that requires high volume dials day to day. Contacting as many people as possible from our warm leads. You will work closely with other sales reps and create qualified appointments for them to demo. As you learn the system, and our products, you will have the opportunity to advance. Top performers will quickly move forward in the sales process, and have an opportunity to advance into an Account Executive role.

This position starts at $12 an hour plus bonuses and potential commissions.
We are willing to work a flexible schedule, but are looking for someone that can work 35-40 hrs per week.
As a full time employee you will qualify for full benefits including health, dental, and vision as well as 401k.

Process Analyst Internship

Based in American Fork, UT, eLB now has over 50 employees and has been honored as one of the fastest growing companies in Utah for the past 2 years and on the Inc. 5000 list twice. This opportunity is with the eLearning Brothers Custom division. We create awesomeness! We delight our customers with deeply immersive and visually explosive eLearning experiences.

Job Brief
We are looking for a talented technical writer (or someone with similar skills) to come in and continue in the documentation of the functional, step-by-step processes of our graphic designers, developers, instructional designers, project managers, and quality assurance specialists. This work would also include updating and maintaining our holistic process overview for our core production processes. The selected person will be able to utilize our existing employees as subject matter experts, interviewing them to collect their current best practices and using that information to create easy to understand documents that allow other employees to repeat their successes. This information will be used to update our process flow charts, job aids, and will feed our efforts to establish a new hire training curriculum.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our processes and document those processes
  • Write easy-to-understand workflow guides that our developer, project manager, and instructional design guides on team processes
  • Create both technical documentation and visual flow charts to depict the process flows uncovered during your interviews
  • Work to refine and update those documents as gaps and inconsistencies are discovered
  • (Possibly) Create tutorials to help new contractors/hires get up to speed quickly

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in technical writing, instructional writing, task analysis, or journalism.
  • Ability to deliver high quality, detailed, professional-looking documentation (flowcharts and technical documents)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and flow chart methodology and software (we don’t have a specific software requirement)
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Strong interpersonal communication and interviewing skills for subject matter experts
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize data
  • (Desired) Ability to help us create training based on the information you’ve discovered and compiled

Instructional Design Internship

Job Brief
We are looking for a talented instructional designer to help us build internal employee training. This is an opportunity to have a quality interactive experience with the eLearning Brothers Custom production team as you gather information from our subject matter experts and turn that content into training for our employees. You will get an inside look at the workings of a fast-growing eLearning company and have the chance to work as a member of the team. The position could be full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours/week) depending on availability and is paid hourly depending on experience. The position will be short-term for this initiative, but other opportunities could mature depending on performance and skill set for those looking for a longer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building internal training
  • Build an orientation as well as training which includes our history, culture, and process
  • Interview eLB employee SMEs for the content, write out that content
  • Develop powerpoint presentations with presenter scripts for webinars/vILT and instructor-led training
  • Develop instructional activities
  • Other tasks assigned

Key Objectives

  • Create company orientation and training presentations beginning with gathering content to create presentations with scripts
  • Assist with other projects that will be determined based on company needs

Education and Experience

  • Basic instructional design experience and/or education
  • Graphic design capabilities are a plus
  • Experience in designing instructor-lead training is a plus
  • Experience in writing content for courses
  • Excellent writing and grammar

Key Competencies

  • Self-starter, self-directed
  • Able to document content and organize it into a script and storyboard
  • Excellent and thorough interviewing skills for SME’s
  • Strong interpersonal communication
