Our templates just create a swf file that you can import into major eLearning dev tools (Articulate, Rapid Intake, Captivate, etc). At this time they are not scorm compliant but can be integrated into courses that are. The games are meant to be used as reviews and do not send completion status to an LMS. That status can be sent by other parts of your course (for example a final test or # of slides viewed). Yes they can be used as part of courses that run in Moodle or Blackboard.
