With the integration of our eLearning templates into Adobe Captivate 9, we want to show you how you can download and start using them right away. Assets can be found in various locations within Captivate and in your Projects Folders. These instructions will show you where to find them:
Cut-out Characters (.png files)
When you download any character images they can be found by going to the main Captivate ribbon and clicking on the Media button and then Characters. Downloads are found in the Assets folder option.
Games, Layouts, Interactions, Scenarios, Navigation Players (.cptx files)
These files are downloaded to your Sample Projects folder. Find them in that folder and double click to open them in Captivate.
Windows – ElearningAssets / SampleProjects folder.
Mac – My Adobe Captivate Projects/ SampleProjects folder.
Themes (.cptm files)
After downloading a Theme, it can be found by going to the main Captivate ribbon and clicking on the Themes button. Your downloaded theme will be in the list.
Other file types (.ppt, .zip, .ttf, etc.)
Any assets that are not characters, .cptx or .cptm files, are downloaded to your Others folder. Access them from there.
Windows – ElearningAssets / Others folder.
Mac – My Adobe Captivate Projects / Others folder.
