eLearning Templates

There are tons of eLearning Templates and eLearning Stock assets that enrich every member of the eLearning Template Library. But did you know that there are amazing things you can do with these eLearning assets that can be used for non-eLearning purposes?

In this post, I want to show you all the amazing things that people have done with our eLearning Templates. Some might require some coding, but they are still possible. Here are the seven I think are amazing:

1. Use eLearning Game Templates To Make an eBook with iBooks Author

Are you familiar with iBooks Author? It’s a free eBook development tool where you can make interactive eBooks fun and engaging. We even have eLearning Templates for this specific tool. Pretty cool, right? As a member of the eLearning Template Library, you get access to these premium templates. You can demo them here.

2. Make a Training Website Using eLearning Templates

Another great idea is selling training as a finished training product. Go For the Green Selling Challenge is a great example of this. They used our templates to sell golf themed sales training. To learn more how they did this, we made a blog post interviewing them about their story. Bear in mind, you can sell training with our templates, as long as you are not selling it to be edited.

3. Streamline Your Entire eLearning Process

We often hear unique ways members benefit from the eLearning Template Library. One idea we think is really smart is to give everyone on your team an eLearning template subscription. This includes all of your instructional designers, developers, graphic designers, etc. When everyone on your team utilizes the power of the Library, you can streamline your entire eLearning process.

4. Make Something Uniquely Your Own

At eLearning conferences, we sometimes hear attendees say, “Oh, I had no idea you give us the source files.” Yes, my eLearning friends, we do. We give you our lovely eLearning source files so you can change, develop, or recreate a brand new template that is all your own. For example, take one of our Adobe Captivate Templates and put an entirely new spin on it to create a new game.

5. Make an iPhone App with PhoneGap

You might be thinking, “There is no way I could make an iPhone app with your templates.” Well, sorry to bust your bubble, but you can actually use our HTML5 Templates and plug the code into a tool called PhoneGap. This tool converts HTML, CSS, Javascript into iOS code for mobile development.

6. Use Our HTML5  Source Files to Make Great Web Content

Since you already know you get the source files, you can tinker around with our HTML 5 templates. You can use our templates to make great web content, or you could create animated HTML5 web ad. Basically, the ideas are all up to you.

7. Create a Facebook Game

This idea may include intense coding, but still it’s possible using the source files to code your own Facebook game.
